The service

We provide a curated gifting service using genuine, full-size 100 mL fragrances sourced from established Australian retailers. Product and brand names identify the included items only and do not imply a retailer or brand endorsement.

Gift selection

The quiz helps place the recipient into a fragrance profile. The exact matched fragrance, concentration where known, and size are shown before payment. If a selected product becomes unavailable, we will contact you before making a material substitution.

Prices, payment and acceptance

Prices and delivery fees are in Australian dollars and the authoritative total is calculated at checkout. AUVAREL is not currently registered for GST. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted after successful payment and AUVAREL’s order confirmation.

Delivery and pickup

Free pickup is available near Bayswater, VIC, with the exact collection location and available window provided after confirmation. Local hand delivery is available only to the suburb and postcode pairs listed in our Delivery & returns policy. Delivery costs $15 for Local delivery and $25 for Extended local delivery. Selected dates are subject to capacity, and exact delivery times may vary as we optimise the route.

Personalisation

You confirm that supplied messages and photos are lawful and that you have permission to use them. Minor differences in presentation may occur without changing the products purchased.

Changes, cancellations and fulfilment

Contact us promptly if you need a change. Once personalised components are produced or products are procured, a change or cancellation may not be possible. If we cannot fulfil your selected gift or confirmed delivery or pickup date, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
